One simple thought drives our winemaking; grow grapes of excllence in a site carefully chosen to suit the variety. Explore flavour subtleties and complexities through the winemaking process based on the firm foundation of ripe, richly flavoured grapes.

The Lenswood region in general, and our site in particular, is beautifully suited to make wines of power and finesse with its cool even temperature regime which allows full flavour development combined with high retained acid levels crucial to the making of fine, savoury tables wines. The varieies we have chosen; Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc Chardonnay and Pinot Noir need a cool enviroment to be their best.
