2003 Pinot Noir
VINTAGE
The 2003 season was a excellent. The growing season was free from extremes of temperature and Autumn was cool with no significant rain to upset the harvest. Our Pinot Noir was picked on the12th of April. Crop levels were approx 2 kg per vine with excellent concentration of flavour.
TASTING NOTES
Aroma: Lifted cherry fruit with hints of plum and spice. Typically Pinot fragrance.
