2021 Geoff Weaver Riesling
Our 21 Riesling won Gold in the Adelaide Hills wine show and is drinking at its youthful peak. Crisp limey freshness and zing.

2024 Geoff Weaver Sauvignon Blanc
The 24 Sauvignon is the wine that was awarded the prize for best Sauvignon in Australia in the Halliday Wine awards. The review by Mike Bennie;

Sauvignon Blanc of the Year 97 points. Tip-top release of a regional stalwart. Classic lime and passion fruit characters with faint ginger, vanilla cream and pink grapefruit. Good concentration of flavour, length too, with some fine dusty pucker doing pleasing things. Excellent in its way, elevating a simple wine approach so well.

2023 Geoff Weaver Chardonnay
The 23 Chardonnay is the product of a really cool year and our tiny crop was a blessing. It is a wine of beauty now but built to age gracefully for at least a decade. Mike Bennie’s comments on the 23 Chardonnay;

Slick and silky, medium-weight chardonnay with lots of spice, tightly wound citrus character, green apple and ginger. Quite frisky and scintillating overall, the leaner profile with spice and savouriness a focus. A sense of elegance, finesse here; this does well as a wine of purity and presence.
